Health Guarantee and Sale agreement

All adoptive families are given a health guarantee with their new puppy.
Our guarantee is comprehensive and easy to understand. A written health
guarantee is important to consider when purchasing a puppy.
Not all breeders will stand behind their dogs and we want you to know that
we do. We know and trust the genetics of our dogs!

Here are some of the points covered by our guarantee:

• Adoptive family is asked to take their puppy to their vet within 72 hours
of delivery to have the puppy vet checked. If the puppy is found not to be
in good health the puppy can be replaced with another.
• You are  provided with your puppy's medical records which shows when
your puppy was vaccinated and when the next vaccination is due. It also
contains any other medical data you will need to present to your vet on
your puppy's first exam.
• Your puppy is guaranteed against any incurable genetic problem that
adversely affects the quality of the puppy's life. If such a genetic defect
should occur the puppy will be replaced.
• We are more than happy to welcome our puppies home no matter the age
if the owners ever finds themselves  unable to care for their pet.  We will
also help you to find a suitable home for your puppy (dog) if that seems to
be the better option. If you can't take care of you puppy you absolutely
will not place
your puppy (dog) in a pound, animal shelter or rescue.

The adoptive family's responsibility towards the puppy:

• The adoptive family is responsible to maintain the puppy's health in good
condition by providing yearly exams, heartworm test, and booster shots.
Our puppies are are given their first DHLP-P shot (puppy shot) at 8 weeks.
We are not responsible for your puppy's health if you don't do  your part
and keep your puppy on a regular vaccination schedule. Trust your vet to
give you the proper advice concerning your puppy's  vaccinations and
boosters.
• We ask you to provide a safe environment for your puppy - a fenced yard
when outside, never left alone to roam.
• We ask you to take responsibility with your puppy's development- diet,
exercise, overweight puppies make  fat dogs, which is an unhealthy dog.
